Fees

Commission: 5% of order total (including shipping) While promotion campaigns are running, these are lower.

Trustee servie fee: 3% of order total (including shipping)

PayPal fee: 4% of total (including shipping where applicable) plus 35 cent (applied when depositing money on your internal account via PayPal or paying an order directly via PayPal)

Withdrawals from the 1st to the 15th of the month or the 16th till the end of the month:

• First payout is free
• Each additional recipient (e.g., a bank account or a Paypal email address) with a total payout sum below EUR 50.00 incurs a fee of EUR 1.00. Already processed payouts do not count towards the minimum of EUR 50.00.
